A small country with stunning scenery, Andorra is a destination you can't miss

Known for it's mountain trails, ski resorts and duty-free shopping, Andorra is situated in the Pyrenees mountains between France and Spain, with its capital city, Andorra la Vella, being the highest capital in Europe. Life expectancy in Andorra is the fifth highest in the world.


Fun fact: Andorra is one of the few countries in the world where 10% of the country has been declared World Heritage Sites by UNESCO

The best time to visit Andorra is generally from April to September when the weather is warm and dry, ideal for outdoor activities like hiking and sightseeing. However,  if you want to ski, the best time to visit for reliable snow is December to mid-March.

The official language of Andorra is Catalan, but Spanish, Portuguese and French are also commonly spoken. The proximity to France and Spain makes most Andorran people trilingual by nature.
